AI-powered drift-to-fix analysis that scores every finding as On track, Slipping, Drifting, or Chronic — and reads the latest status notes for deferral language a spreadsheet cannot see.
What is drift-to-fix tracking?
Drift-to-fix tracking measures how far each finding's fix date has slipped from its original commitment — how many times it has been re-planned, and how overdue it is right now — tiering every finding as On track, Slipping, Drifting, or Chronic. It reads the latest status updates and blocker descriptions for recurring-deferral language ('awaiting resource', 'will pick up next sprint'), reassurance that contradicts the dates, and blockers with no named owner — signals a tracking spreadsheet cannot see. A re-planned date is not as credible as the original one, and 'in progress' does not mean progress is actually happening.
